I am a qualitative researcher and ethnographer with a background in AI ethics and UX Research.

My 2023 dissertation at Stanford identified organizational barriers to the implementation of algorithmic fairness practices at tech/AI companies, by applying organizational theory to analyze interviews with ethics workers. You can hear me speak about this work at one of my upcoming talks.
